Can the iDor Mobile entry station notify multiple devices?
—> Yes. You can connect max. 10 devices and they will all be notified when a visitor is at your door.
 
Does iDor Mobile need to be tethered to the computer during setup?
—> No, iDor Mobile does not need to be tethered to a computer during the setup process.
 
Where can I download the iDor Mobile app?
—> The iDor Mobile app can be downloaded in the iTunes and Google Play stores.
 
Does iDor Mobile offer an external chime ?
—> Yes, via our Chime IP/SIP 
 
Can I use the iDor mobile app remotely?
—> Yes iDor Mobile works over 3G, 4G and LTE when outside of the private WiFi network.
 
Can the iDor mobile app be used for multi-family buildings?
—> Yes, iDor Mobile offers different size iDor Mobile servers capable of serving 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and unlimited apartments.
 
If I pick up a call from the door station will my other devices stop ringing?
—> yes, the other devices will stop to ring.
 
Is it easy to deactivate the iDor mobile app remotely if my device is lost or stolen?
—> yes, the iDor Mobile device can be deactivated on the local iDor Mobile Server.
 
Does the iDor mobile app require a public IP address?
—> Yes, if full functionality outside of the private network over 3G, 4G and LTE is required.
