- The doorstation's small footprint makes for a very clean, simple, and aesthetic design.
- Tenants can run to get a coffee or lunch and be able to answer the door from anywhere.
- If the delivery person is dropping off the latest Amazon Prime order, tenants can open the door remotely so deliveries aren't missed or left on the porch to be stolen.
